This includes carousels, reels, YouTube videos, stories, Pinterest pins, and more—all from a single episode! Implementing this workflow can be a game-changer, saving you precious time and ensuring consistency across your platforms.
Begin by using Canva Sheets to layout the structure of your content. Create a table where you list various forms of content like Instagram posts, carousels, stories, and Pinterest pins. This table will serve as a central hub for mapping out each piece's platform, type, scheduled date, and status.
Keeping all of your work in a single Canva file allows for efficient content management. With Canva's ability to handle multiple sizes and designs in one document, you can have everything from social media posts to thumbnails all in one place. This eliminates the need for external spreadsheets and notes and allows your team to work seamlessly from a unified file.
Inside your Canva file, ensure each element of your content is well-organised. Use dropdowns for tracking statuses, date fields for scheduling, and links to other design pages for easy navigation. This structure provides clear guidance for your team on what needs to be done and when.
Once your file is ready, assign each piece of content to different members of your team. Each person should be clear on their roles—whether it's video editing, graphic designing, or scheduling posts. Use notes within your Canva design to communicate extra instructions or expectations for each piece of content.
